Complex Care Nurse
Location: Paisley/Renfrewshire/ Scotland at large
Salary: £24.00- £32.00
Contract: Full time/Part time
Shift Patterns: 0800-20:00 and 20:00-0800
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse to join our rapidly expanding nursing team in Paisley/Renfrewshire/ Scotland at large. As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome an experienced professional who is committed to providing exceptional care.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to an adult client.
Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
Provide high quality care to adults and children with complex care needs
Provide clinical support to healthcare assistants
Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.
Requirements:
Experience in delivering complex care to clients with home ventilation, tracheostomy, peg feed stoma preferably in the community.
Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1year post-registration experience.
Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
Right to work in the UK.

Complex Care Support Worker (Days/Nights)

Job description
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

Senior Carer
Location: Paisley/Renfrewshire/ Scotland at large
Salary: £13.00 day Night £14 p/h
Contract: Full time/Part time
Shift Patterns: 0800-20:00 and 20:00-0800
At Complete Complex Care we are passionate about the progression and development of our teams, and due to the growth of our business, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Complex Care team as a Senior Carer.
As a Senior Carer you will be required to support a number of clients and will have to have the flexibility to travel to assignments.
If a client’s needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and continue to develop your own skills.
Hours/Shift Pattern
You will work a minimum of 35 hours each week, up to a maximum of 42 hours, depending on shift duration. Working 3 shifts on, 3 off, you will have the choice of either day or night shifts.
Requirements
A minimum of 12 months experience in a care and previous experience of supporting adults/children with complex care needs. Tracheostomy experience is preferred but not essential, as full training with be given.
Possession of, or willing to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
Confident, positive interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
Full, clean UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle.

Shift Coordinator
Location: Paisley/Renfrewshire/ Scotland at large
Salary: £28,350 per annum
Contract: Full time/Part time
Shift Patterns: Monday- Friday
Due to the continued growth of the organisation, we are looking for an experienced coordinator to join our vibrant, fast-paced complex care team. Driven, ambitious and a motivated self-starter, you will be responsible for client liaison, shift booking and employee wellbeing and retention within our complex care division.
Ideally, the candidate will have;
You will make sure that all shifts are covered so as to maintain continuity and safety within the care packages of our clients. This role will suit a coordinator with healthcare experience who is used to a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
Highly motivated, ambitious and passionate about providing high quality care services
Previous experience as a Care Coordinator in a Health & Social Care setting is preferred but not essential
Proven ability to manage and maintain a dynamic & excellent quality care service
Excellent people management and communication skills
Exceptional leadership and team working skills
A valid driving license and own transport
Good geographical knowledge of Scotland
SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards it
Responsibilities and Duties
Liaison with local authority referrals team to match new packages of care
Set up of service users' package of care on the company's rostering system (People Planner)
Scheduling of service users' care visits
Scheduling of Care at home staff working schedules
Communicating with frontline staff in relation to service delivery
Taking part in the branch office's out of hours on-call
Communicating and reporting effectively with/to the Service Manager and colleagues

Complex Care Live-In Carer
Location: Paisley. Renfrewshire Scotland at large
Salary: £650p/week
We are on the lookout for live-in support staff to provide live-in service to our clients, enabling them to embrace the comfort and safety of their home, in Paisley/Renfrewshire and Scotland at large. This role follows a two-week-on, two-weeks-off rolling rota, offering a balanced approach to care and personal time.
