Autism
Complete Complex Care Ltd supports adults, young people and children on the Autistic Spectrum. We have reliable and experienced support care staff who are trained to deliver the highest standards of care to clients.
We recognise that every person is an individual and for those on the Autistic Spectrum the degree of support required will vary enormously from one client to another. Our local team will work with you and your loved ones create an individual care package and ensure you enjoy a safe and structured environment. Our care staff are chosen for their excellent communication and care skills and they will focus on helping clients to feel valued, secure and happy and to achieve well-being and grow in confidence.
Complete Complex offers care in your own home, where our experienced nurses and assistants will provide support and encouragement to help you engage with your local community. We will work with you to develop personalised care routines that support your needs and assist you in achieving your personal goals.
What is included in our Autism Support Services?
Complete Complex Care packages are developed and managed by our client care managers who will establish and adjust the care provided as your needs change. We strive to help each person achieve their own aspirations in life whilst recognising and understanding that life itself can pose many challenges which some may find more testing than others.
It is important that all our clients are able to build trusting, long-lasting relationships with their carers and our autism service carers will be trained appropriately according to continuous assessment of your care needs.

Promoting independence is of paramount importance and we will work with you to increase your own skills, provide encouragement and take guidance from you as our client and those closest to you.
Huntington’s disease
The progressive nature of Huntington’s disease requires tailored approach to care provision is crucial, enabling care packages to evolve over time to meet changing needs.
Complete Complex Care ensures to build complex care package at the home around the symptoms, needs, wishes and chosen lifestyle of each client with Huntingdon’s disease to create bespoke care designed to maximise independence and quality of life.
We pay close attention to the way that Huntingdon’s disease affects the client at present and prepare for how it might progress so that we can be proactive in adapting to the developing needs of the client, which could evolve from low-level support to near constant or live-in support in the latter stages.
Our carers enable clients to maintain skills and mobility as far as possible, while supporting them in learning new skills, including the use of adaptations to assist with independence. We also pay close attention to the emotional and behavioural changes associated with Huntingdon’s disease and work with the client and their family to establish the best way to manage these.
Our holistic support mean offer assistance to maintain well-being on a day-to-day care in other areas which may be required in the later stages of Huntingdon’s disease including:

Locked in Syndrome
Locked-in syndrome can be an extremely frightening experience and it’s vital to have the right support in place quickly. Several conditions can cause locked-in syndrome, such as a traumatic brain injury, complications following a Stroke and medication overdose. Complete Complex care rapid assessment process will quickly establish the patient’s needs and get a person-centred care package in place to enable them to improve their well-being and quality of life at home.
We appoint trained and qualified carers experienced in working with people with locked-in syndrome. All carers receive client-specific training relating to the client’s personality, their symptoms and the severity of these and our understanding of the client helps us to identify innovative ways for clients with locked-in syndrome to communicate and interact with others, which contributes to their emotional health and overall well-being.
The range of expertise across Complete Complex Care will enable a complete package of care to be delivered – in collaboration and partnership with fellow medical professionals, such as speech and language therapists and physiotherapists.
Our understanding of clients with locked-in syndrome also enables us to select the right carers to deliver their day-to-day care, which may include:

Motor neurone disease
Motor neurone disease (MND) covers a wide range of different neurological disorders, including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, primary lateral sclerosis, progressive muscular atrophy, progressive bulbar palsy and pseudobulbar palsy. As complex care specialists at home, we make it a priority to understand the client’s specific condition and symptoms.
With this approach, Complete Complex Care creates a bespoke package that provides complex care in the home tailored to the client’s specific physical, mental and emotional needs while respecting their wishes, preferences and lifestyle choices.
With this approach, we can tailor our motor neurone disease care to every stage, from initial diagnosis through to the latter stages, which can require highly complex and intensive levels of care.
Care is delivered by trained and qualified carers, experienced in the wide range of symptoms and requirements caused by motor neurone disease at every stage of its development. Every member of our nursing team is trained to high standards to fully understand the condition and how it affects the life of the patient.

Multiple sclerosis
Multiple sclerosis is a neurological condition that affects people differently therefore it can result in a vast range of symptoms. Complete Complex Care can offer a proactive person-centred and holistic package of care to the clients in the comfort of their own homes to enable to live independently.
Complete Complex Care team will design a person-centred care plan, tailored around the client, will address all the physical and mental care requirements associated with multiple sclerosis, including mobility issues, musculoskeletal symptoms, pain management, feeding management and incontinence management. We also build into our care package planning the development of the condition over time, so that we can respond effectively to any developing symptoms.

Cerebral Palsy

We are passionate about giving people with Cerebral Palsy the amazing opportunities to help enrich their lifestyle. That’s why all our carers have a “can do” approach to life where everything is achievable.
Our carers who work with Cerebral Palsy are all trained to understand the condition and appreciate the full range of symptoms – from tight, painful or changing muscle tone to spatial awareness and any associated problems, such as learning difficulties, epilepsy, or difficulties with sleep, eating or communication. We know just how important it is for anyone caring for you to have a full understanding of you and your unique situation. Our carers also receive extensive, client-specific training, enabling them to deliver proactive care designed to help them achieve maximum independence and quality of life.
For example, cerebral palsy can result in swallowing issues and if these create problems with eating and drinking, we can support nasogastric feeding and gastrostomy to ensure nutritional need are met.
Spinal Cord Injury
Complete Complex care provide support to people who have suffered a spinal injury. Our Qualified Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers have the specific skills tailored to meet the needs of the individual and to provide a wide range of support at home and in the community.

Brain Injury
Brain injury can be either an acquired brain injury (ABI) or traumatic brain injury (TBI). ABIs are caused by a medical condition such as a stroke or brain tumour, while a TBI is the result of physical trauma, such as an injury. Complete Complex Care work with multi-disciplinary care teams and incorporate their rehabilitation management plans to complement our own to help each individual to return to living as full a life as possible following their injury. Our aim is to deliver high quality care and is to equip the client and their family with the right tools to help them to cope with the changes in their lives with the right care in the right way respecting their choices and dignity.
Complete Complex Care provide ABI or TBI personalised care packages designed to support clients with their transition from hospital to home and to support each client in achieving maximum independence and their quality of life.
